Bayview House comfortably sleeps five adults, the bunk-beds only being suitable to sleep children. Dogs are welcome with prior notification and agreement. Outside the house a wall and a fence enclose a grassy area surrounding the property. Generally the climate is mild and you can experience hot and sunny holidays when the beach becomes very popular. However as you probably know, this part of the world can also be extremely wet and windy and it is most important that the rain and wind are excluded, otherwise the house can suffer extreme damage, especially from the wind. The back door, being on a sheltered side of the house, is thus used as the entrance and exit. There is adequate parking for up to three vehicles on the gravel drive-way.
