HOW TO BOOK

We welcome your enquiries and will try our best to accommodate you. This is why we have so many regular guests every year.

To help both of us, please contact by telephone or e-mail giving details of the dates, number of people staying and any special needs or information you may require. We can then agree on availability, reserve your booking and contact our local housekeeper who can prepare the house for you.

2017 Rates

The weekly rate will be £500 for all of 2017.

Terms & Conditions

Bayview House is a holiday home and rented only as such. Any customer who pays for a holiday rental is subject to and accepts the following terms and conditions.

A booking deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking with the balance being paid by the first week of the month preceding the holiday.

We the owners, John and Linda Morgan, have the right to refuse any booking before or after any deposit is paid. This may arise from a variety of reasons, such as essential repairs or changes in other circumstances. In such cases any money paid will be promptly refunded to the customers.

If a customer cancels a booking, any deposit will be refunded provided notice of at least three months prior to the booking date is given. For later cancellations, refunds will only be made at the discretion of the owners.

Customers must arrive no earlier than 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and leave no later than 10.00 a.m. on the date of departure.

The numbers of guests in the party must be agreed at the time of booking and not exceeded unless by prior agreement. The numbers of guests and time of arrival must be telephoned through to the housekeeper in good time for her to prepare the house. The housekeepers contact details will be provided at the time of booking.

The house is strictly non-smoking and no naked flames such as candles are permitted. Pets are not allowed except by prior arrangement.

Customers must take all reasonable care to leave the property in the same state of repair and tidiness as at the start of their stay. All breakages and damage must be notified immediately to either the housekeeper or owners. Any furniture must be returned to its original place if moved during the stay. No hanging pictures must be moved under any circumstances.

Customers may be at the owners discretion requested to reimburse the costs of replacements, repairs or extra cleaning.

The owners accept no liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, or expense suffered as a result of the stay. The housekeeper and any person approved by the owners may have right of entry at all reasonable times to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
